Although the InSites staff can boast an unsurpassed range of experience and expertise, it's ultimately the people out there in the world who count. The real experts are the legions of regular customers who know what they like, what they want and what they need. The over 2 million members of our Research Panel give us an enormous pool of consumers.
By launching TalkToChange, we offer them a platform where they can give their feedback freely, really express themselves and interact with other people. They are no longer seen as a member of a research panel, but as a true participant of a research project. Their 'talk' can actually 'change' something. The objective of the platform is to bring participants closer to each other, closer to our clients and closer to us, InSites Consulting.

The set-up of TalkToChange is based on real feedback and discussions that we conducted with our panel members about what they want and expect from us. Summarized: they want more interaction, more communication about research results and more variation when asked to participate in a survey.

So what's different about TalkToChange?
- By using new innovative tools, like Polltalk and TalkToBrands, we really do involve participants. They can complete or post their own poll, ask a question to companies about their brands, ... .
- The same goes for our surveys. By using new tools like online discussion groups, blogs and communities, they become more interactive, you can communicate with other participants and they're just more fun to fill out!
- With permission of our clients, we share results of the research projects, so you actually see what 'changed' based on the input or participants.
